Médoc: Owners of Bordeaux’s Château Lynch Bages Buy Haut-Batailley

A prestigious transaction between two great families of Médoc

Cazes Family (CHâteau Lynch Bages) bought Château Haut-Batailley, a Pauillac Grand Cru Classé. The estate, sold by the family Des-Brest-Borie covers 40 hectares among which 22 hectares of vineyard.

CHATEAU MONBRUN (AOC POMEROL) SOLD TO MARTIN KRAJEWSKI

Viti Transactions is proud to announce to have carried out the transaction of CHATEAU MONBRUN in AOC POMEROL, sold by the Dubois family. The estate has been acquiered by Martin Krajwski, the owner of Clos Cantenac in Saint Emlion Cru, who has just sold Château de Sours to the Chinese billionaire Jack Ma. 

Robin Williams' wine real estate is sold to the owners of Château Pontet-Canet (Pauillac Grand Cru Classé)

Alfred Tesseron and his family bought villa Sorriso, former property of the actor Robin Williams who died in 2014. This wine real estate covers 210 hectares among which 7,5 hectares are planted with vines. The grape varieties used in the vineyard are merlot, cabernet sauvignon and cabernet franc, the three main varieties of Bordeaux region. The transaction was realised by Coldwell Banker for a price of 18M dollars.

The Tesseron family has prospered in Cognac industry before investing in Bordeaux region with the acquisition of Château Pontet-Canet, which became a prestigious reference in the classified "grands crus". We wish them all the best for this new adventure in California.
